CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Case Management Order of H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 15 November 2023 (the “CMC Order”)
AND UPON the Consent Order dated 8 March 2024
AND UPON the agreement of the Parties in accordance with paragraph 31 of the CMC Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline by which the Parties shall produce responsive documents resulting from the electronic searches of the mailboxes of the Parties’ custodians shall be extended to the same date as production required by any Disclosure Order in accordance with paragraph 9 of the CMC Order.
2. Paragraph 9 of the CMC Order shall be varied as follows:
“[t]he parties shall comply with the terms of any Disclosure Order and file a Document Production Statement within 28 days from the date of the Order”
3. The costs of this Order shall be costs in the case.
